The Midlife of Blur

The British band, Blur, has been in vacuum for years. This was due to the members’ personal projects. But it was confirmed that they will be back together again in 2009 with some tours. But other fact about their album is also become one of the indication they will be reunited. They have been in the music industry for 21 years. That is more than enough to know how qualified this band was. The members, Graham Coxon (guitar), Damon Albarn (lead vocal), Alex james (bass), and david Rowntree(drums) were really happy with the tour. Even though they have no plans to be engaged to the studio producing the album, we can see that the tour is going to be one good step for them to be back again.

Boys Like Girls Jakarta Concert

An American band, Boys Like Girls held a massively successful concert in Jakarta in January 25, 2010. The band played in Tennis Indoor Senayan and as soon as the concert was started they just went right to their performance with one of their hits, Love Drunk. The audience of the concert itself was dominated by girls who were hysterically excited to see the band which consists of four talented and charming guys.

The Used’s Latest Album Shifting Up A Bit

The alternative rock and post hardcore band from Utah, The Used, has released their latest album, Artwork, in 2009. The songs in this album might bring up a little questions from the fans as they do not see or hear what they expect there, because The Used sounds a bit different from they used to sound. With a slower beat and less screams, some of the fans feel like listening to slow rock music when they listen to the songs.

The Used’s first album, released in 2002 had a lot more than that with the famous hits The Taste of Ink, Buried Myself Alive, A Box Full of Sharp Objects, and Blue and Yellow. The next album, In Love and Death also brought up great heat with I Caught fire, Take It Away, All That I’ve Got, and a slow touch in It’s Hard To Say and Yesterday Feelings.
